•   Credit File Lock – this prevents creditors from accessing your credit file without you knowledge and can help block fraudulent applications made by identity criminals.

•    Online Monitoring – this service scans the Internet to alert you if you personal information is appearing on any black market trading websites.

•    Credit Report Access – this will provide you will unlimited access to your Equifax credit report so that you can check for any suspicious activity and monitor your own credit history.

Equifax provides full telephone and email customer support, and once you have signed up to ID Patrol you will also be able access the helpful Online Members Centre, which answers many of the commonly asked questions and also gives you an area to interact with other members.
